How Do I Register For The Member Webinars?

  1. On the “Dashboard” page, click the “Register for Webinar Now” box
  2. When the box pops up, enter your name, email, meeting password, choose your language preference and then click the “Join” button.
  3. You will then be guided to a “Registration” page. Click the “Register” button
  4. Next, you will be guided to the “Webinar Registration” page. Fill out all the information and then click the “Register” button.
  5. You will then receive a “Registration Success” confirmation
  6. If it asks you for a password then copy the meeting ID and paste into password field.

When I Join The Webinar, Nothing Comes Up. Why Is That?

The most likely reason why you are not seeing any information about the webinar is because you have arrived before the webinar has started.

Always double check your times and make you have the correct time zone, so you can join the webinar when it started.

    1. Click the Weekly Live Update Webinar link.
    2. Click your preference in joining the Webinar (browser or Zoom app).
    3. Wait for the webinar to start.

Why Can’t I Access The Fields To Enter My Info?

When you have this issue, it is normally a browser issue.

Try clearing your browser’s cache (you can search online how to do this if needed) or just use a different browser.

Most times, these are the reasons for a browser not to allow you to enter information into the fields.

I Signed Up & Paid, But I Get An “Unauthorized to View this Page”. How Do I Resolve This?

99% of the time, your payment did not actually go through and is stuck in a “pending status” or failed status.

Before you attempt to sign up again, please clear your browser’s cache or try using a different browser. Sometimes, this is the reason why payments get stuck in “pending or failed” status.

You can click on the link below and join again using your same information and it will allow you to enter your credit card information to renew your subscription.

When it tells you the email address is already in use, press the login button.

Next, Login and it will bring you right back to the payments page. Then, you can enter your credit card information.

You might also try using a private or incognito browser window in order to not have to clear your browser cache.

If it continues, you may have to contact your bank or credit card company to see if there is an issue.
