Rasaji is a Tai' Chi Gung Master who lived and trained with the Lamas in Tibet. The system of health and regeneration he shares has been passed down in an unbroken lineage for more than 3000 years. Sometimes called ‘the simple yoga', this DVD has over 140 minutes of instruction.
It includes the Tai' Chi Gung basic standing exercises; a series of sitting exercises called ‘The Emperor Choice Exercises' for those with limited mobility; a special breathing exercise taught to Rasaji after he spent 45 days in solitude called ‘The Lama's Lotus Breathing Exercise”; and the Tai' Chi Form shown in three different perspectives: two with vocal explanation (front and back view) and a continuous performance without instruction.
